Professional Dog Walking Service
GETTING STARTED WITH DOG WALKING
Who Let The Paws Out’s professional dog walking services provide your pet(s) with active companionship and, of course, potty break relief while you are gone. All dog walks can be fully customizable, but they will always include the following: a walk, potty break, freshwater refill, and playtime. This can all be offered in various time increments. Our objective is to provide you and your dog with the appropriate service that meets your specific dog’s needs. Our services with the pets are very engaging, alleviating any stress/boredom that could lead to negative behavior.
We have you covered, whether your dog is older and requires a less intensive walk or if your dog is full of energy and needs a more active visit to calm them down while you are away. Our dog walks are fully customizable to accommodate any specific pace or route. These customizations will be discussed/noted on your pet care plan at our initial Meet and Greet.
OUR DOG WALKING PROCESS
Before your pets are accompanied by our team, your Primary Sitter will schedule some time to meet for a complimentary 30-minute Meet & Greet at your home. This visit will allow your sitter to meet you and your pet(s). We will discuss different options and determine which service works best for your pet(s). Then, you can book through Time to Pet (TTP). Time to Pet provides our team and customers with easy scheduling, detailed note tracking, and secure payment options. TTP includes visit reports, updates, and photos at the end of each visit in real time. After our team meets with you, we ask that you provide two sets of working keys (one for your primary sitter and one for backup sitters in case of emergency). We also ask that you include as many details as possible when completing your online pet care plan.

Safety, health, and overall customer/pet satisfaction are top priorities within our Paws in the Air team. We DO NOT justify outdated punishment reinforcement tactics. Our team members will not use prong or shock collars. If needed, your pet sitter will suggest other collar options that are better options for your dog.

We do evaluate the current weather and consider it when performing/planning dog walking services. Our team will walk in rain or shine, however, if it is raining excessively or if it is too hot, adjustments may have to be made. Our walks may have to be reevaluated, in temperatures above 92 degrees Fahrenheit, to assure safety of your pet(s). If your scheduled visit happens to be at a time of heavy rain or lightning, walks will be readjusted to a different time frame to ensure pet and walker safety. Our team’s main goal is to be there for you and your pet. We encourage open communication during all service transactions.
